If your in kids mode you will seem like your missing all your channels
because your actually in all kids mode click on your profile to change to
normal mode,and your channels will return to normal.

Please make sure your running the current version of the LenoX Player
8.0.51 is latest version. Uninstalling and reinstalling the LenoX Player
usually fixes many login issues make sure you clear all data before uninstalling it
to make sure you get a fresh install.then log back in.
Error messages do happen occasionally but rarely if you have uninstalled the player
and still getting an error message contact us,and we will check your info and help fix
this issue for you once its fixed its fine and the player will work as it should.
You simply click up on your remote while a channel is playing,and you will see all the options
on the top of your screen.this is where you will find add favorites,support to report a channel,
and your quad screen options.( simply put a heart in the heart to favorite a channel then
when you visit the home screen again you will see all your favorites have been added.
